Keding Israel E-House Power Prefabricated Cabin


The Israel E-House Power Prefabricated Cabin Project actively responds to the local demand for power infrastructure upgrading and deepens China-Israel energy cooperation. Its core works include the construction of the prefabricated cabin main body, the installation and commissioning of high and low voltage power distribution equipment, the integration of intelligent monitoring systems, as well as supporting facilities such as external cable trenches and grounding systems. It provides an efficient modular power solution for the local power grid.

Keding has established a China-Israel joint team to assist in optimizing the equipment layout and protection scheme of the prefabricated cabin, ensuring compliance with IEC standards and local regulations. It has also introduced domestic professional subcontractors to jointly develop customized equipment, addressing system compatibility issues and providing training for local construction personnel. In addition, it has imported scarce special power equipment from China 4-6 months in advance, optimized logistics to shorten the cycle, and ensured the on-site delivery of materials.

This project has attracted the attention of Israel's Ministry of Energy and power companies. After completion, it will enhance the reliability of power supply and the flexibility of dispatching of the power grid, and guarantee industrial production and residential electricity consumption. With core equipment and technologies sourced from China, the project promotes the introduction of Chinese power standards and equipment into the Middle East and deepens China-Israel energy cooperation. Furthermore, this project synergizes with Keding's previous Israel photovoltaic supporting project to improve the local energy structure.

Standard Box - Type Substation


For the Zhangjiakou Standard Box - Type Substation project undertaken by Ked ing, the core works include box manufacturing, installation and commissioning of high - and low - voltage power distribution equipment, and transformer integration. Supporting constructions such as surrounding hardening and protective fences are also carried out to provide stable electricity for residents' daily life, industrial production and new energy grid connection.


During the project implementation, in response to the insufficient local power design capacity, Ked ing assisted in optimizing the box layout and electrical circuit design to ensure compliance with national standards and local regulations. It introduced domestic professional subcontractors to solve the problems of equipment compatibility and system stability, and trained the local construction team. Considering the cold and windy climate in Zhangjiakou, the company used low - temperature - resistant and wind - resistant steel to manufacture the boxes, equipped them with thermal insulation, heating and wind - proof components, and at the same time relied on the regional supply chain to ensure the materials arrived on time.


After the completion of the project, with the characteristics of modularization, small floor space and fast commissioning, it has improved the reliability and regulation capacity of the power grid, alleviated the electricity shortage, and facilitated the grid connection of new energy and energy transformation. The adoption of mature domestic equipment and technologies has promoted the implementation of China's power standards and cultivated local talents.

Case Introduction of Keding Xinjiang

Urumqi Lighting Transformer Box Project


To meet Urumqi's needs for infrastructure upgrading and stable lighting power supply, Keding has implemented the lighting transformer box project. The core works include the manufacturing of transformer boxes, the installation and commissioning of high and low-voltage electrical components, etc. Supporting constructions such as foundation pouring and protective fences have also been carried out. The project covers main roads in the main urban area, park squares and other regions, providing safe power support for the city's night lighting.

During the implementation process, Keding addressed the issue that the local municipal power design insufficiently considered extreme climates. It optimized the wiring layout, heat dissipation and sealing design of the transformer boxes to ensure compliance with national standards and adaptability requirements for severe cold and dusty conditions. Keding also introduced domestic senior manufacturers to customize low-temperature-resistant and anti-aging components and protection systems, and trained the local construction team to master the installation and maintenance procedures. In addition, it reserved key materials 2-3 months in advance to ensure winter construction and on-schedule delivery.

The project has attracted the attention of the local Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and power supply department. After completion, with the characteristics of strong safety protection and high climate adaptability, it has improved the stability of lighting power supply, ensured the safety of citizens' night travel, and laid a foundation for "smart lighting". By adopting mature domestic equipment and technology, the project has promoted the application of China's electrical standards in the northwest border areas and cultivated local talents.

Prefabricated Box for Yinchuan (Ningxia) Intelligent Substation

In the Yinchuan Smart Substation Prefabricated Cabinet Project, Ked ing's core engineering scope includes the modular manufacturing of prefabricated cabinets, the installation and commissioning of intelligent power distribution equipment, etc. Supporting constructions such as surrounding hardening and intelligent inspection channels are also carried out. The high-voltage prefabricated cabinet covers an area of approximately 80-100 square meters, while the low-voltage and monitoring prefabricated cabinets occupy about 50-60 square meters. This project covers new energy industrial parks and surrounding power grid nodes.

During the project implementation, Ked ing assisted in optimizing the layout of prefabricated cabinet equipment and the new energy grid-connection scheme to ensure compliance with national standards and local regulations. It also introduced professional subcontractors and senior manufacturers to solve technical issues in system integration. Additionally, intelligent components were allocated 3-4 months in advance to ensure the timely delivery of equipment.

This project has attracted attention from the local Development and Reform Commission and power supply departments. After completion, with its modular and highly intelligent features, it enhances the flexibility and reliability of power grid dispatching, meets the grid-connection needs of photovoltaic and wind power, and helps Yinchuan build a new energy demonstration base. Moreover, the adoption of advanced domestic technologies promotes the application of China's power standards in Northwest China.

Shaanxi Urban Rail Transit Construction

I. Project Overview

Amid the wave of urban rail transit construction in Shaanxi, our company, leveraging its profound technical accumulation in the field of rail transit equipment installation, mature project management model, and efficient resource integration capabilities, has deeply participated in the equipment installation project of a certain metro line in Shaanxi. As a key project of Shaanxi's transportation infrastructure, this project is of great significance for improving the urban transportation network and enhancing the convenience of citizens' travel. The quality of its equipment installation serves as the core guarantee for the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the metro.

This equipment installation project covers key areas of metro operation, involving specialties such as process equipment, water supply, drainage and fire protection, ventilation and air conditioning, low-voltage power distribution, communication, signal, power supply system, BAS (Building Automation System, i.e., Environment and Equipment Monitoring System), and FAS (Fire Alarm System, i.e., Automatic Fire Alarm System), providing equipment support for the full-process operation of the metro.

After the completion of the project, a joint acceptance inspection was conducted. All professional equipment operated stably, with a 100% qualification rate for process equipment. The water supply, drainage and fire protection systems achieved timely linkage, the ventilation and air conditioning system met environmental requirements, the low-voltage power distribution, communication, signal, and power supply systems maintained a long trouble-free operation time, and the BAS and FAS systems realized intelligent monitoring. All indicators fully met the design and operation requirements.

The project provides core equipment guarantee for the opening and operation of the metro line. After the line is put into operation, it has significantly increased transportation capacity, alleviated ground transportation pressure, improved citizens' travel experience, and contributed to urban development.

Laos Airport Construction Project​

Keding Company actively participated in the construction of an airport in Laos, Southeast Asia, undertaking critical tasks related to both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
