Product Overview
The low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V (690V), and a rated current of 4000A or below. It serves for power, power distribution, centralized motor control, and capacitor compensation. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other places.
Product Features
l The frame is made of 8MF type open-section steel. The main frame is equipped with mounting holes of φ9.2mm with modules of E=20mm and 100mm, which makes the frame assembly flexible and convenient.
l The functional compartments of the switchgear are isolated from each other. The compartments are divided into functional unit compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment, and each compartment has a relatively independent function.
l The horizontal busbars are arranged in a flat layout at the rear of the cabinet to enhance the busbar's ability to resist electric force, which is a basic measure to ensure the main circuit has high short-circuit strength.
l The design of the cable compartment facilitates the upper and lower entry and exit of cables.
l The module of the drawer height is 160mm. When the drawer is changed, only the height dimension changes, while the width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A or below.
l The drawer panel is clearly marked with positions such as open, close, test and withdraw. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. The 1-drawer unit is the main body, which has both withdrawable and fixed types, and can be mixed and combined for arbitrary use.
