I. Product Application Scope and Design Standards

1. Application Scenarios

This product is specially designed for AC power systems. It is applicable to single-bus and single-bus section power systems with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated voltage of 3.6-12kV, and a maximum rated current of 5000A. It can be widely used in multiple key power scenarios, including:

The power transmission link of power plants and small-to-medium-sized generators;

The power distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises to ensure stable power supply for production;

The power receiving and transmitting operations of secondary substations in power systems;

The starting control of large high-voltage motors, while undertaking the functions of line control, protection and real-time monitoring, so as to provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of power systems.

2. Design Basis

The product is designed in strict accordance with the standard requirements for armored metal-enclosed switchgear specified in GB/T 3906 3.6kV~40.5kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear and IEC 298 High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear - Part 1: General Provisions. This ensures that the product performance and safety are in line with international standards, and meets the regulatory requirements for high-voltage power distribution equipment in different industries.

II. Core Product Features

1. High Safety: Multiple Protections to Eliminate Risks

Operation and Interlocking Protection: The "closed-door operation" mode is adopted to prevent operators from directly contacting high-voltage components. At the same time, a complete set of electrical "five-prevention" interlocking devices is equipped (preventing incorrect opening/closing of circuit breakers, preventing on-load opening/closing of disconnectors, preventing earthing switch closing with live lines, preventing energizing with earthing switch closed, and preventing access to live compartments). These devices eliminate the risk of misoperation from the source and ensure operational safety.

Grounding and Valve Protection: A well-designed sliding grounding device is installed between the truck and the cabinet to ensure personal and equipment grounding safety during equipment operation and maintenance. A metal valve is installed in front of the contact box, which can automatically open and close and lock in place as the truck moves in and out. This effectively isolates live contacts and prevents accidental contact.

Labor-Saving Operation Design: The truck is moved in and out using a lead screw transmission mechanism, which makes the operation labor-saving, lightweight and smooth. This reduces the operation intensity of maintenance personnel and improves operation accuracy.

Compartment and Pressure Relief Protection: The cabinet adopts a modular compartment design, clearly dividing into busbar compartment, truck compartment, cable compartment and instrument compartment. Each compartment is independently equipped with a pressure relief channel, which can effectively withstand the pressure and energy generated by internal fault arcs and avoid cabinet damage caused by pressure accumulation. Moreover, the compartments are separated by high-strength metal partitions. Even if a fault occurs in one compartment, the spread of the accident can be effectively blocked, and the risk can be controlled within the minimum range.

2. Good Interchangeability: Middle-Mounted Structure for Accurate Adaptation

A middle-mounted truck structure is adopted. Through standardized guide rail and positioning design, the matching accuracy between the dynamic and static contacts of the truck and the cabinet is ensured, effectively avoiding poor contact caused by assembly deviation. At the same time, trucks of the same specification can be completely interchanged, which greatly shortens the truck replacement time during equipment maintenance and improves the power supply continuity of the power system.

3. High Reliability: High-Quality Craftsmanship for Durability

High-Precision Processing Guarantee: Key components (such as truck guide rails and contact seats) are processed using high-precision CNC lathes to ensure that dimensional tolerances are controlled within strict ranges. This guarantees product assembly accuracy and operational stability from the production link, and reduces potential faults caused by insufficient component precision.
