This product is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear cabinet assembled with standard modules, complying with low-voltage electrical standards such as IEC 60439-1 and GB/T 7251. It is suitable for AC power supply and distribution systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, a rated voltage of ≤ 690 V, and a rated current of below 6300 A, and is used for power distribution, conversion, control, and reactive power compensation. The switchgear cabinet integrates fixed technology and drawer technology. Both the framework and internal mounting parts can be processed using aluminum-zinc coated sheets; the product features advanced technology and reliable performance, and has been widely applied in fields such as electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, municipal construction, and architecture.
Product Features
Flexibility
The switchgear cabinet has high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, an advanced and reasonable structure, flexible electrical schemes, strong seriality and universality. Various scheme units can be combined arbitrarily. It has an attractive appearance, a high protection level, and is safe, reliable and convenient for maintenance.
Safety
The door of the drawer compartment is equipped with a mechanical interlock with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or disconnector. The door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position. The drawer has three positions: connected, tested and disconnected. Each position is equipped with a reliable mechanical interlock to meet the requirements of "five electrical protections".
Interchangeability
The withdrawable switchgear cabinet has widths of 1000, 800 and 600 (unit: mm, generally not marked in product specifications if not specified). The total installation height of drawer units with IP42 protection level is 72E (E = 25 mm). Each cabinet can be equipped with a maximum of 36 drawer units, and a double-sided operation cabinet can be equipped with a maximum of 72 drawer units. There are 5 types of drawer units: 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E and 24E; and drawer units of the same specification are interchangeable.
