I. Core Product Overview
The integrated cabinet transformer for photovoltaic (PV) energy storage and inversion (also known as the integrated PV energy storage and step-up cabin) is a highly integrated PV box-type substation equipment. Its core advantage lies in the centralized integration of key equipment such as the Power Conversion System (PCS), step-up transformer, high-voltage ring main unit, and low-voltage distribution box into a single container or an integrated combined design. This significantly simplifies the processes of transportation, installation, use, and maintenance, and provides an efficient and convenient overall solution for PV energy storage systems.
The equipment supports flexible customization. The capacities of the PCS and step-up transformer can be accurately selected and matched according to the actual needs of customers. Moreover, it has the "plug-and-play" feature, which can effectively shorten the project deployment time and improve the overall operation efficiency.
II. Core Technical Advantages (Compared with Traditional Systems)
Compared with the traditional energy storage system mode, where the energy storage converter and step-up transformer need to be purchased separately and then coupled in the later stage, this product has significant advantages:
Better Cost-effectiveness: The integrated design integrates the functions of two core pieces of equipment, reduces the separate procurement links, and directly lowers the total equipment procurement cost.
Higher Efficiency: It innovatively combines the two voltage conversion processes of "step-up + step-down" in the traditional system, simplifies the energy conversion path, and greatly improves the working efficiency of the entire energy storage system.
III. Overall Requirements and General Specifications
(I) Overall Configuration Requirements
The standard configuration of the integrated step-up cabin includes:
1 unit of 1.25MW Power Conversion System (PCS): To be provided by Party A.
