Railway Power Remote-Controlled Box-Type Substation
The railway power remote-controlled box-type substation is a new-type product specially developed and designed for China's railway system in accordance with the power supply characteristics of railway self-closing and through lines. It is suitable for the power distribution projects of self-closing and through lines in newly-built passenger dedicated lines and electrification transformation. This product provides power for Class I loads of the railway system, such as centralized dispatching, large-station electrical centralized interlocking, automatic blockading, and hump signals, so as to ensure the safe power consumption of railway signal and communication systems. It has the following functions: switching operation and local control; automatic switching of high and low voltage power supplies; real-time monitoring and master station dispatching; fault alarm and fault recording; realization of "three remotes" (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control); parameter setting and fixed value adjustment.

Automatic Monitoring
Equipped with a dedicated RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) communication monitoring unit, it can realize remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote control, as well as conduct real-time detection and protection of the equipment operation status and environmental conditions.
Excellent Heat Preservation and Dehumidification Effects
The wall panel adopts a three-layer metal + double-layer thermal insulation structure. Additionally, according to requirements, it can be equipped with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment such as an automatically controlled exhaust system, industrial air conditioners, and electric heaters, ensuring that the internal equipment operates within an appropriate temperature and humidity range.
Safer Equipment Operation Environment
The outer shell adopts an electrophoresis process, meeting the C5 environmental requirements; the protection level is not lower than IP54; it is equipped with a smoke alarm and an automatic flame suppression device to prevent fires.
