I. Core Product Overview
The Huamei-style box-type substation for new energy power generation is a core grid-connected power generation equipment custom-developed for the photovoltaic (PV) and wind power generation fields. Its core function is to achieve voltage boosting and grid-connected transmission of new energy electricity. In the voltage conversion process, the output voltage of PV inverters (0.27~0.95kV) and wind turbines (0.69~1.14kV) is uniformly boosted to 35kV by this box-type substation, then transmitted to the 35/110kV step-up substation through 35kV cable lines, and finally completes the power generation grid connection.
The product adopts a highly integrated design, which combines the step-up transformer, high-voltage complete switchgear, low-voltage complete switchgear, as well as auxiliary equipment such as power transformers and UPS into one unit through scientific structural planning and reasonable cabinet combination. Its performance fully meets the strict operation requirements of PV power plants and wind farms, providing a reliable guarantee for efficient and stable grid connection of new energy electricity.
II. Core Product Features
Strong Environmental Adaptability: Anti-seismic, anti-load, and stable risk resistance
The cabinet adopts an integral welding or assembly process, featuring high structural stability. Before leaving the factory, professional deformation mechanical analysis is conducted on the cabinet's anti-vibration performance, wind load resistance, and snow load resistance through finite element modeling. This ensures the equipment can cope with the operational challenges of complex outdoor environments such as PV power stations and wind farms, and prevents structural damage caused by external loads.
High Protection Level: Reliable sealing and isolation from hazards
The door seal uses high-elasticity, long-life sealing strips made of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) material, which effectively blocks the intrusion of dust and rainwater. The louver blades are designed with a double S-shaped structure, and the blades are interlocked with each other to further enhance the protection effect. The overall protection level reaches IP65, enabling it to cope with harsh outdoor working conditions such as heavy dust and heavy rain.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Long-term durability and reduced maintenance
The surface of the cabinet is treated with a professional electrophoretic anti-corrosion process, and the anti-corrosion level meets the requirements of C5 environment (the highest anti-corrosion level). It can resist erosion from outdoor humidity, salt spray, industrial corrosion, etc., ensuring that the cabinet will not rust for at least 30 years. This greatly extends the service life of the equipment and reduces the later anti-corrosion maintenance costs.
Optimal Temperature and Humidity Control: Thermal insulation, dehumidification, and stable operation
The wall panel of the box-type substation adopts a composite structure of "three-layer metal + double-layer thermal insulation", which minimizes the impact of external temperature and humidity on the internal equipment from the source. At the same time, according to actual needs, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment such as automatic control exhaust systems, industrial air conditioners, and electric heaters can be flexibly configured to intelligently adjust the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet. This ensures that core components such as transformers and switchgear always operate in a suitable environment, avoiding performance impacts caused by problems such as condensation and high temperature.
